What is track&field? Well, today I decided to tell you about this kind of sport. When I talk to most of people who are not interested in sports at all, they always ask me what I usually do on my trainings. Surprisingly for me I find out that they consider my trainings boring and tough as I usually run and run and run there. But it's absolutely false. Our trainings consist of various tapes of load.  A usual training starts with jogging . It takes about 10-40 minutes. Then it's necessary to do warm-up. A good warm-up helps prevent strains and injuries. Then we may do weight training, do the excercises for stretching, do trunk curls, jump in different types to strengthen muscles or work with hurdle. It is important for developing our strenght and endurance. At the end of the training me and my group usually play football, volleyball, basketball or lapta for 20 munites   that is be also very interesting and funny. I hope I changed your impression about the athletics....
Motivation This blog is devoted to tell you about my experience in doing sports and motivate you to stay healthy and be active too to define your spirit. And first I'd like to explain why I think so. To start with, doing sports is a very special thing in everyone's life. It helps us not only to stay healthy, but feel healthy with our body and brain. Even one short training may encourage us to feel refreshed. Our mood changes and improves, we feel that we are a bit tired but energetic at the same time. Moreover, there are a lot of physical benefits for our organism. We become more enduring, strong and powerful.  And last but not least that I find very interesting is that during the training time we have an opportinity to be all by ourselves with our own thoughts. No one disturbs us, and our attantion is devoted to outselves, that I fand amaizing. In conclusion, I wish you join my ideas and will probably share them!
