What is track&field?
Well, today I decided to tell you about this kind of sport. When I talk to most of people who are not interested in sports at all, they always ask me what I usually do on my trainings. Surprisingly for me I find out that they consider my trainings boring and tough as I usually run and run and run there. But it's absolutely false. Our trainings consist of various tapes of load.
A usual training starts with jogging. It takes about 10-40 minutes. Then it's necessary to do warm-up. A good warm-up helps prevent strains and injuries. Then we may do weight training, do the excercises for stretching, do trunk curls, jump in different types to strengthen muscles or work with hurdle. It is important for developing our strenght and endurance. At the end of the training me and my group usually play football, volleyball, basketball or lapta for 20 munites that is be also very interesting and funny.
I hope I changed your impression about the athletics. As you see, it's not as boring as the majority thinks. It may also be breathtaken and fascinating!
