Motivation

This blog is devoted to tell you about my experience in doing sports and motivate you to stay healthy and be active too to define your spirit. And first I'd like to explain why I think so.
To start with, doing sports is a very special thing in everyone's life. It helps us not only to stay healthy, but feel healthy with our body and brain. Even one short training may encourage us to feel refreshed. Our mood changes and improves, we feel that we are a bit tired but energetic at the same time.
Moreover, there are a lot of physical benefits for our organism. We become more enduring, strong and powerful. 
And last but not least that I find very interesting is that during the training time we have an opportinity to be all by ourselves with our own thoughts. No one disturbs us, and our attantion is devoted to outselves, that I fand amaizing.
In conclusion, I wish you join my ideas and will probably share them!
